Accurate cooperation between AED partner and Guidion

Last year, AED partner received a nice order to install 500 AEDs in 500 supermarkets. A job with a challenge: it had to be done as quickly as possible. That's why AED partner came to us for support. A great collaboration followed!

In short: Who is an AED partner?

“AED partner is the number 1 total supplier of AEDs in the Benelux. Customers know where to find us for our wide range of AEDs and accessories such as batteries and AED cabinets. We also have highly specialized customer service and our own service team with technicians. There are now around 100,000 AEDs hanging from us in the Benelux! You can find them everywhere, for example in McDonald's and the Ajax stadium.”

What could Guidion help with?

“Our desk had a major order to install 500 AEDs at Albert Heijn branches. Normally, we do this ourselves from start to finish with our service engineers. This time, the client wanted to have the AEDs installed as quickly as possible. In order not to put extra pressure on our own people, we looked for an external party for temporary support. And that became Guidion!”

Why did you choose Guidion?

“Our CEO tipped us off. He knows Guidion's (now) Sales Manager from the past, because their children were playing hockey together at the time. We made an appointment at the office and came to an agreement quickly. The price-quality ratio looked good and Guidion was able to deliver the speed we were looking for.”

How did the collaboration go?

“We are very satisfied with the cooperation with Guidion. There was only over a month between the first contact and the export. The 500 AEDs are smoothly installed with around 20 branches per day. Later, we also did an additional batch of 100 branches together. That also went smoothly. Should we face a similar challenge in the future, we know where to find Guidion!”
