Is your platform also available for rent?

Yes, it is possible to use our Home platform within your own organization. Use our innovative customer journeys and efficient planning for your own technicians. Should you be looking for extra capacity? Then we can help you with that too!

Do you work white label or branded?

Both of them! We tailor this to your needs. Currently, we work mostly white label because this way we are as flexible as possible in deploying technicians. Do you want the technicians to represent your brand? That is also a possibility! Then the freelancers with whom we work are deployed as brand ambassadors. Your brand ambassadors.

What certificates do the technicians who work with Guidion have?

All freelancers with whom we work have the VCA VOL certificate and the NEN3140. In addition, all Telecom engineers have the Infra certificate for Patch Repair on Fiber and we have a nationwide network of technicians who have an xDSL and HVD/KVD certificate to carry out infrastructure work on DSL.

What are the costs of the various services?

FAQs

Does Guidion apply for a VOG?

Yes. We request a VOG link for you. You will receive a link in your (Guidion) email that allows you to officially submit the application.

Can I take out business liability insurance with you, or can I stay with my current insurer?

It is important that a certain capacity is listed on your policy. In addition, liability insurance with a privacy clause is necessary. This is a requirement when starting work. You can choose your own insurer, provided that your policy meets these requirements. We usually refer the freelancers with whom we work to Alicia insurance. This insurer specializes in insurance for freelancers.

Kan ik ook zelf de installatie doen ?

We raden het af om de installatie zelf uit te voeren, omdat u in dit geval uw garantie verliest als er iets misgaat. Daarom is het beter om een afspraak met ons in te plannen.Mocht u de installatie toch zelf willen doen, dan kunt u er ook voor kiezen om de monteur achteraf langs te laten komen voor een controle. Dan behoudt u alsnog de garantie!

Hoe wijzig ik een afspraak ?

Dit kan via de selfservice link die u in uw mail heeft ontvangen. Mocht u geen geschikte tijd of datum vinden. Neem dan gerust met ons contact op dan helpen we u graag verder

I have a question about my (provider) subscription/equipment, where can I go?

You can contact your provider. Do you have a question about your appointment? Then you can contact our customer service.

I would like to change my appointment, how can I do that?

You can change your appointment via the Self-service invitation in the mail. Can't you figure it out? Then feel free to call our customer service.

I have an appointment now, but the technician is not there yet. Can you tell me what time he/she is here?

It sometimes happens that a technician works longer than planned with previous customers or that he/she is stuck in traffic. Does it take longer than fifteen minutes? Then call our customer service (+31 20 323 2764). We will then contact the technician for a clear time indication.

What happens if I don't see any available time slots when scheduling an appointment?

It's best to specify your general availability. We will then send an appointment confirmation with date and time as soon as possible. Is the scheduled date not working out? Then you can report your availability again, and we will then look for another option.

I would like to cancel my appointment, how can I do that?

You can cancel your appointment yourself via Selfservice up to 24 hours. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please contact our customer service. We will cancel the appointment for you.
