Customer service activities

When it comes to customer service, you are the first point of contact for the customer. You deal with questions or complaints by email or phone. You ensure that the customer is helped in the best possible way. You do this with more than 80 colleagues, most of whom study at Guidion alongside their work. From MBO to university. Working from home as a customer service agent

At Guidion, you can work partly from home. We understand that sometimes it's better to get rid of some emails at home, but we'd love to see you in the office. Only then will you really experience the Guidion magic. That magic has everything to do with the people who work there and the nice atmosphere. Close groups of friends have been created and that can actually be felt in the workplace. In addition, our chef Cheryl prepares the tastiest, fresh lunches every day. The salary of a customer service agent
